📝 Registration Conditions
- Participants with papers will present their work paper submission system after installing via registration system must complete the registration process.
- Will attend the Congress all participants must pay the registration fee.
- Only participants who have paid the registration fee and made their presentation certificate of participation will be given.
- Participants who were other authors were only asked in case of registration certificate will be issued.
- Congress participation as an unannounced (listener) also possible. Participants without papers can also benefit from the congress facilities by registering through the system.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
- For cancellations made until 01 August 2025, of the amount deposited will be refunded.
- Cancellations after 01 August 2025 are non-refundable, but name change is possible.
- All cancellation requests must be notified in writing to the congress registration secretariat.
- Refunds will be made after the congress.
- For credit card payments, there may be a price difference depending on the bank commission.
- VAT is included in all fees stated.
