🔹 Lunch Meals
- Lunches for all our participants, Ministry of Agriculture Main Cafeteria Anatolia Hall will be served. You can find its location here. Between TAGEM and the catering hall transfer support will be provided.
🔹 Transport and Transfers
- For the distances between TAGEM Congress Centre and National Botanical Garden of Turkey Campus transfer support will be provided.

🔹Information on Oral Presentation Programme
- In the programme your day and time information check carefully.
- Before the session with your presentation starts 10 minutes ago please be present in the hall.
- Your presentations PowerPoint format and prepare at least 24 pt. we recommend you to use it.
- Although the language of the congress is Turkish, participants can make their presentations in English.
- For technical preparation, please upload your presentation files here until 29 August 2025.
- Presentation duration It's been 10 minutes.. You are kindly requested to pay attention to this period in order not to disrupt the sessions.
- In the halls specified in the programme our session chairman and technical team will provide you with uninterrupted support during your presentations.

🔹 Poster Paper Programme Information
- Poster presentations E-Poster format will be published.
- You can submit your posters to our congress template prepare accordingly.

- Your prepared posters until 29 August 2025 at 23:59 Upload in .jpg or .png format.
- Emails 04 September 2025 Thursday all day long in the congress foyer will be broadcast on digital screens.
🔹 Social and Scientific Programme
- Coffee Breaks will be held in the congress foyer area (Huzur Cafe).
- First day of the congress Wednesday 3 September at 19:30 in the congress foyer opening cocktail will be organised. All participants are invited.
- Gala Dinner is open to all registered participants. Detailed information is also shared below.
🔹 Gala Dinner
- Within the social programme of our congress, Thursday 4 September 2025 at 19.30 pm Ministry of Agriculture Main Dining Hall Anatolia Hallwith live music Gala Dinner will be realised.
- Gala dinner fee for our participants who want to attend 500 TL (This fee is only a participant contribution and is set as a representative fee to cover some of the costs of the organisation).
- Gala dinner fee is only valid for congress participants. Please contact us if there will be guest participation.
- Submit your application for participation in the gala dinner From 27 August to 31 August You can do it below.
🔹 Registration and Participation Certificates
- Registration procedures will be set up in the congress area of the National Botanical Garden of Turkey Registration Desk will be made through
