PRESENTATION INFORMATION

Oral Paper Presentations 

Dear Participants

  • In the programme your day and time information check carefully.
  • Before the session with your presentation starts 10 minutes ago please be present in the hall.
  • Your presentations PowerPoint format and prepare at least 24 pt. we recommend you to use it.
  • Although the language of the congress is Turkish, participants can make their presentations in English.
  • For technical preparation, please upload your presentation files here until 29 August 2025.
  • Presentation duration It's been 10 minutes.. You are kindly requested to pay attention to this period in order not to disrupt the sessions.
  • In the halls specified in the programme our session chairman and technical team will provide you with uninterrupted support during your presentations.

Poster Paper Presentations 

Our Congress your works accepted as poster presentations we kindly ask you to pay attention to the following points:

GENERAL PRINCIPLES

  • The deadline for submission is 30 June 2025.
  • Papers will be presented as poster and oral.
  • Our Congress only abstracts will be accepted. Abstracts will be prepared in Turkish and English with a maximum of 350 words.
  • Abstracts will be accepted only through the online abstract submission system on the congress web page, and abstracts sent by mail or fax will not be evaluated.
  • After submitting your paper, corrections and updates can be made through the system until the referee process. Studies will not be edited after the referee process.
  • The submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the congress scientific committee and at least two scientific referees; The Scientific Committee will decide on the suitability and acceptance of the papers to be reported in the congress and the form of presentation.
  • In order for the abstracts to be accepted, the author who will make the presentation must register to the congress.

Poster Paper Features:

  • Poster papers will be presented as E-Poster.
  • After the paper evaluations and acceptance, a template for e-poster will be published on this page and posters will be prepared according to the template.
  • Poster owners do not need to have any printing, they will upload their posters electronically to the system.
