ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

In order to offer comfortable and budget-friendly accommodation options to the participants during the Congress, the Congress Organising Committee has made special agreements with public guesthouses. Thanks to these official agreements, quotas have been secured and it is aimed that the participants can benefit from affordable accommodation facilities.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to our participants within 3 to 5 working days after your reservation request. Your accommodation will be finalised after the confirmation mail.

💳 Payment: Collection will be made directly at the guesthouse reception during check-in (cash/credit card). Collection receipts are issued from the guesthouses.

Bookings made Until 1 August 2025, cancellations or changes can be made.
